Setting up a dev environment to develop using Move on Sui

Hey Yall!

I like to learn by doing and often find there are some hurdles for developers like me who are not engineers but at an intermediate level.

With that said I recently went through and set up a dev environment to develop Move modules and an application locally. As a way to help others I documented these steps.
